Sales of well-made rosé wines continue to climb, and kosher rosés are no exception. Jay Buchsbaum, the education director for Royal Wine, a producer, importer and distributor, said their kosher rosés sold out nationwide. Many rosés have a modern alcohol level, around 12.5 percent, making them a good choice for Passover, which requires that Seder participants drink four cups of wine. Here are a handful, all kosher for Passover, that I would recommend:
