The fruit basis of the palinka is the "furtos" cherry, which were grown in the region of the Tisza river, in the eastern part of the hungarian agricultural landscape. The following day of the harvest we wash the fruits, then we remove the seeds. We fermentate the sweet mash, then we distil it on columned distillery. We let the palinka resting at least for 3 months, then we dilute it with drinking water to 40% alcohol degree. Thanks to our technology the palinka will become intense fruity smell and taste.
