Oblath Premium Kosher Plum Palinka« Back to Spirits
The fruit basis of the palinka is the "Nemtudom" plum, which were grown wildly in the flood basin of the Szamos river, in the eastern part of the hungarian agricultural landscape. This plum and the "besztercei" plum justified the repution of the "Szatmari" palinka. The following day of the harvest we wash the fruits, then we remove the seeds. We fermentate the sweet mash, then we distil it on columned distillery. Unlike the hungarian traditon we do not age the palinka in barrels, but we let the palinka resting at least for 3 months, then we dilute it with drinking water to 40% alcohol degree. Thanks to our technology the palinka will become intense fruity smell and taste. The machineries and materials - participating in the production - are fit with the conditions lean to the kosher alimentaries, to the requirements of hygiene and cleanness, which was controlled by the Kedassia of London.
