Oblath Premium Kosher Apricot Palinka« Back to Spirits
The fruit basis of the palinka were grown in the south of Hungary. From the various types of apricot we prepare this palinka from "Magyarkajszi", which is the tastiest but most sensible raw material. After washing the apricot, we remove the seeds, the ovary and the leaves from the apricot. We fermentate the sweet mash, then we distil it on columned distillery. We let the palinka resting at least for 3 months, then we dilute it with drinking water to 40% alcohol degree. Thanks to our technology the palinka will become intense fruity smell and taste. The machineries and materials - participating in the production - are fit with the conditions lean to the kosher alimentaries, to the requirements of hygiene and cleanness, which was controlled by the Kedassia of London.
