Oblath Premium Kosher Williams Pear Palinka« Back to Spirits
The fruit basis of the palinka is the "williams pear", which were grown on the Zala hills, in the western part of the hungarian agricultural landscape. After the harvest we overmature the fruits for 5-7 days, then after washing them, we remove the seeds, the ovary and the leaves. We fermentate the sweet mash, then we distil it on columned distillery. We let the palinka resting at least for 3 months, we dilute it with drinking water to 40% alcohol degree. Thanks to our technology the palinka will become intense fruity smell and tasty. The machineries and materials - participating in the production - are fit with the conditions lean to the kosher alimentaries, to the requirements of hygiene and cleanness, which was controlled by the Kedassia of London.
