This prestigious, limited quantity wine, was produced from a unique blend of Upper Galilee/Mt. Meron terroir and distinguished vineyards rich with history.
Dedicated care and personal attention to the vines, manual harvesting from carefully selected plots, meticulous sorting of the grapes, controlled, supervised fermentation and precision, all led to a superb extraction, which was aged for over 3 years in fine French oak barrels, then aged further for at least another year in the bottle. The result is in your hands: A vintage, boutique wine, with a distinct identity that truly reflects its native landscape.
