Elaborated with the Syrah grape, harvested on September 12th, 2.011. Fermentation process at low temperature (15 degree C), and conserve on its lees at 10 degree C to maintain all the aroma intensity and get more volume in mouth. Subsequent clarification with products free of allergens and cold stabilization. Weekly batonnages in the same tank were used, then refining treatments and bottling.
Intense strawberry red colour with violet hint, clean and bright. Nose with intense aromas and hints of berries and lactic notes. The palate is very fresh with good acidity, citrus notes, smooth, leaving a pleasant and tasty aftertaste.
