Kerem Moshe, (moses' Vineyard), was the original name of the land purchased by Montefiore. Later renamed Mishkenot Sha'ananim.

Vinification: Fruit from individual plots vinified separately & final blend selected after ageing. Coarsely filtered.
Ageing: Aged in small French oak barrels for 16 months.

Deeply coloured, with a blackcurrant and blackberry aroma, a hint of tobacco and cedarwood. Layers of complexity and a long, lingering finish.
Roast Lamb, venison and aged cheddar cheese.
