This wine was made from 100% Chardonnay grapes harvested from our vineyards located in the Lower Galilee. The wine went through a slow controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks, without the influence of barrel or malo-lactic fermentation in order to allow the natural grape characteristics and the terroir to shine through.
During the growing season, prior to the harvest,
the winery’s vineyards were treated with
dedication and devotion to reach maximum
quality levels. Numerous detailed measures
were taken in the vineyards to balance the yield
in each specific plot in order to obtain the
highest possible quality.
These measures began last winter with precise
and gentle pruning and continued throughout
the season with additional activities such as
periodical shoot thinning, cluster thinning and a
meticulous and precise irrigation regime.
Light and fruity, this classic Chardonnay is full
of flavours and aromas; melon, peach, pear with
hints of tropical fruit.
The wine has a pale straw colour and moderate
acidity leading to a pleasant enduring finish.
