The Mount Meron vineyards in the upper Galilee are planted at an average of 760 meters above sea level. Grapes were harvested from various plots on the northern slopes of the mountain, characterized by "straining vines". These unique conditions, combined with growing methods and low water, allow the vines to produce high-quality grapes. Grapes were manually and selectively harvested, and when they reached the adjacent winery were carefully chosen and underwent supervised fermentation. This precision led to superb extraction. This wine is a blend of four noble varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Petit Verdot. 20 months aging in French oak barrels retained the original fruit flavors.
A unique blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Petit Verdot. It has an intense Bordeaux-red colour with purple fringe, a rich aroma of dried fruits, black berries, spices and toasted oak wood, a full, velvety, balanced taste and a prolonged finish reminiscent of volcanic soil.
