One of the winemaker's biggest challenges is the selection of a region of each grape variety. The journey to discover the best region for each variety has led to this new high end Special Reserve series of wines. This journey became possible due to the extensive high quality vines planting of the winery in the last years and a hard work at the winery. We believe that each wine in this series demonstrate how unique and impressive can be the combination between the right soil and climate to the grapes grown there.
We consider this series of wine as another layer of our ambition to present the diversity and the enormous potential of the Israeli Terroir. This challenge is in process and we believe that it will never end. Therefore, we do think that with the years to come there will be more surprises of new vineyards and maybe new varieties.

Ageing: 6 months in oak barrels, surlies, mostly French oak
Total acidity: 6.07g/L
Golden straw hue with fruity and intense nose full of peaches, lime and lemon grass which integrated with the apricot and citrus blossom on the palate. The oak flavours and aromas are served as a frame that warp and only emphasize the aromas and not overcome them. The wine has a long creamy finish that combine with the lemon zest and crispiness.
