Vinification: Fermentation & maceration on skins for 10-14 days (but for some parcels up to 21 days), at a maximal temperature for 28 c, then pressed using hydraulic basket press.
Ageing Process: 12 months in small French oak barrels (1/3rd new)
Production: 28,000 bottles produced
Deep red in colour, the wine has an aroma of ripe forest fruits with hints of bell pepper. Broad flavoured, full bodied, with good structure and soft tannins.
