The grapes are harvested by hand. After fermentation in stainless steel tanks, the wine matures for 12 months in small, mainly French, oak barrels, a third of which is updated annually. Wine storage capacity of 5-10 years. Before use, it is recommended aeration.

Wine rich purple color.
The taste of wine is soft, with medium acidity and well-structured tannins, notes of plum and charred wood. The finish is long and harmonious.
The aroma is dominated by bright notes of plums, black berries, cherries and raspberries, the nuances of roasted cocoa beans, graphite, exotic herbs.
The wine goes well with dishes of lamb, spicy dishes of beef, grilled chicken, duck or veal.
