One of the winemaker's biggest challenges is the selection of a region of each grape variety. The journey to discover the best region for each variety has led to this Special Reserve series of wines. The grapes for this Special Reserve Shiraz were grown in the Upper Galilee and the Jerusalem's hills regions in with a rocky Terra Rossa soils and many deferent slopes which resulted in a powerful fruit driven wine. The wine was aged in oak barrels for 12 mount and will mature nicely in suitable storage conditions.

The wine has a deep ruby hue with a complex nose of blac k fruit, blueberries, red cherries and earthy elements like the fascinating aromas after the rain. On the palate, the black pepper that is bursting at first taste and then the cherries, beetroot and hints of smoky meat are coming wrapped in a firm, balanced body and smooth finish.
