This wine combines 80% Sauvignon Blanc grapes with 20% Semillon grapes. The Sauvignon Blanc grows in the Golan Heights and Upper Galilee regions, and the Semillon comes from the hills of Jerusalem.
Merging grapes from two different growing regions allow flexible harvesting, and produces diverse tastes. This is a sharp, slightly acidic and herbaceous wine, with aromas of grapefruit and lime. The Sauvignon Blancbrings with it a touch of tropics and vegetation, while the Semillon adds complexity and depth. This wine enjoys a clear fresh character, with hints of lemon and tropics, and a sweet finish.
