A blend of 50% Grenache, 40% Cinsault and 10% Syrah. Bright salmon pink in color, with on the nose fresh cherries, strawberries and peaches with subtle hints of honeysuckle and minerals. Light in body, with fruity notes of ripe red berries and stone fruit, hints of stoney minerals on the mid-palate and perfect, medium-plus acid structure that balances well the ripeness of the fruit, carrying the wine throughout a refreshing finish with a touch of blood orange. Delightful. 13% Abv. (Gabe Geller)
Light in color. Nice aromatics of flowers and honeysuckle. Some tannins and acidity that are in perfect harmony. Serious wine by a serious winery with complex flavors. Needs food. The nose opened as it sat and the flavors did too. This is classic Provence. I insisted this must be Roubine because of its overall
quality, its classic Provence profile. Only 185 cases to go in an absolutely gorgeous package. (Jay Buchsbaum)
