Dark pink leaning toward red, this Rosé is heavier in the nose as the color may have indicated. With ripe fruit, a fuller middle mouth and a medium-long finish, medium tannins on the gums. This would be great for a heavier, oily dish of salmon or sea bass. Finish this one with your main course. There’s a precious little bit of this wine for the “serious” wine/rosé drinkers. Great effort and clear-
ly “Israeli” from Yehuda Nahar (the winemaker). WOW! Great QPR. (Jay Buchsbaum)
Inviting candy pink color. On the nose, ripe strawberries and raspberries, peach and apricot as well as lavender. Light toward medium in body, with on the palate ripe raspberries, tart boysenberries and strawberries, followed by watermelon and black cherries with great minerals, high acidity and a long finish. Great both with food and on its own. (Gabe Geller)
