Gabriel Geller: Straw color. On the nose, roasted walnuts, baked apples, hay and tangerines. Medium-bodied with a vivid mousse. The palate shows dried apples, nuts, and sweet yellow grapefruit with medium acidity and a touch of almond milk on the moderately long finish. Solid bubbly and good QPR.Jay Buchsbaum: Very nice light nose with fresh acidity. Light body, clean and fresh on the palate. Light to medium mousse, slight nuttiness, well made and balanced. A good value.
Nice, bubbly, and dry. Flowers, citrus and strawberry notes in this pleasing drink.
