The second generation of the “Galina Shor” winery lineage lived in the Jewish Quarter in the Old City of Jerusalem. Born in Zefat, Rosa was an entrepreneur and woman of many talents, who founded the first retail wine bar in Israel. The store, called “Khamra Rosa”, which is Aramaic for “Rosa’s Winery”, was active in the Muslim Quarter of the Old City, at the Cotton Market near the Temple Mount. Under Rosé's management the store prospered and became a magnet for local residents
The CABERNET SAUVIGNON MERLOT blend is a purplish shade, with hints of ripe red fruit, subtle oak, green pepper in the background and black shriveled fruits. The wine has a balanced body with a long and complex finish.
Pasta Bolognese, sausages, cold or blue cheese.
