Vinification: Fruit from individual plots vinified separately & final blend selected after ageing. Coarsely filtered.
Ageing: Aged in small French oak barrels for 14 months.

Aromas of blackberry, rich plum, black liquorice and an enticing hint of violets. Elegant, yet earthly. Good balance of oak and fruit, with the oak in a supporting role.
