Grapes selected from vineyards in Paso Robles; crushed, destemmed and cold soaked for one day; fermentation in stainless steel at 88° - 92°F. Remontage 2 times per day. Pressed at dryness. Elevation in stainless steel and French and American oak for 12 months.
Very approachable Cabernet Sauvignon with blackberry and plum notes accompany
a vanilla a spice finish from the oak. Medium red colour with balanced acidity and smooth tannins.
Enjoy it with herb-rubbed rotisserie chicken, barbecued steaks, or hard cheese.
