Odem Mountain winery was founded by Idit and Michael Alfasi and their children in 2003 at their home in Moshav Odem which is surrounded by the gorgeous oak forests in the northern Golan Heights. The couple had long desired to start a family business that would celebrate their mutual love of their homeland and put down deep roots for future generations to come.

The wine is bright, with a deep red color and elegnt aromas of Blackberrires and white Micromeria. The palate is pf Blueberries and fresh red fruits, as well as a hint of Mediterranean herbs. It is full bodied, with soft tannins.
