Harvest date in 25th October. After a field manual selection, the grapes were stripped and pressed, going through a peristaltic pump to 15.000 kg tanks, controlling the fermentation at max. 25 degrees Celsius. Taken from the cask after 15 days of maceration, discarding the wine from the press. Aged 5 months in oak barrels (70% American and 30% French), the wine was bottled in April 2018.
