Elvi wines is a family-owned company which produces and markets high-quality kosher wines and kosher sparkling wines such as cava. Elvi is proud to be one of few families that since 1492 has been privileged to dedicate themselves to viticulture and the production of kosher wines and cava in a variety of DO in Spain.
With each challenge, ELVIwines has found the technicians and viticulturists of each cellar to be unrivaled professionals, with sensitivity, comprehension and exemplary technological expertise.
ELVI wines enjoys its own space in each and every cellar for storage of their Kosher wines where they are kept sealed off, under watch, and awaiting the next kashrut supervisors. Vigilance is guaranteed on all levels. ELVI wines cooperates with only cellars who honor the Kosher project and the highest standards at each step of the grape processing plant.
Ana and Moshe Cohen head the Kosher Project. Ana participates in the definition of the wines from post harvest to bottle. Moshe oversees the vineyards and works hand in hand with the rabbis and supervisory kashrut agencies.
The family boasts a small vineyard in DO Montsant and produces wines from grapes grown in vineyards located in DO Ribera del Jucar, Prioato, Rioja, Utiel- Requena, and Cava.
